Have plans this weekend? No? It’s only Monday? Perfect, then you’re free to book a reservation at the #1 Hottest Brunch Spot according to LA Eater!

That’s right — authentic modern Mexican food has just taken over brunch thanks to Maestro Pasadena’s newly launched menu. The restaurant’s new brunch quickly became a fan favorite around Los Angeles and gained recognition from several local foodies, including the LA Times’ Jonathan Gold! Photos of Maestro brunch have us wishing it was Taco Tuesday already, but the brunch menu is unfortunately only offered on Saturday’s and Sunday’s between 10:30 am and 2 pm.

Brunch at Maestro features tasty breakfasts such as French Toast, which includes chocolate abuelita, or the restaurant’s riff on Huevos Rancheros, featuring beans poblano de gallo, queso fresco, and roasted tomato salsa. And like any favorite brunch place, Maestro isn’t afraid to get boozy with its breakfast! Diners can enjoy a Blood Maria, a secret combination of mezcal and a house mix, or the Palm Springs craft cocktail, which blends grapefruit juice with spicy agaze, aperol, and mezcal. We can’t wait to try it, and are so thrilled with the great reviews!
