For weekend one of Coachella 2017, Galore Magazine held two exclusive events in the Indio desert: a Friday party with partner Grindr hosted by Charlie XCX and a Sunday brunch featuring Fifth Harmony. The Brand Agency was tasked with reaching out to influencers, managing press invites and securing pre- and post-coverage for the event.

In order to achieve two successful events in the same weekend, The Brand Agency curated a list of influencers to invite by utilizing our established relationships with various talent agents, managers, and publicists. We made sure to successfully secure both pre- and post-coverage of the exclusive events by reaching out to our consistent network of media contacts.

Our team targeted top outlets and secured over 300 attendees and 520 million unique views for the event weekend. ​Galore Magazine’s events were covered by top media outlets such as The Hollywood Reporter and Daily Mail.
