Every year, W Magazine hosts a party to celebrate the Golden Globe Awards and its Best Performances Issue. Our team was faced with the challenge of making this celebration the most anticipated and talked about event over Golden Globes Weekend in Los Angeles.

Our team first deduced who would be the biggest players surrounding awards season and encouraged W Magazine to partner with them. We also proposed suggested targets based on Golden Globes nominations. We then tiered out talent invites so the most relevant, buzzworthy talent received initial outreach. To further incentivize key talent attendance, we advised on which guests W Mag should offer car service to. Our team handled all communication with the guests’ agents and publicists.
Our team enlisted numerous A-listers to attend the party including big names like Alice Eve, Sarah Hyland, Emma Stone, Amy Adams, Kate Beckinsale, Rumer Willis, Nicole Kidman, Tracee Ellis Ross, and Michael B. Jordan amongst many others. As a result, we secured over 29.2 billion media impressions on a variety of top tier entertainment outlets.
