The Challenge

The Group wanted to host a private screening of their film, “Making La Grande Boucherie,” during the Tribeca Film Festival to drum up excitement and bring awareness to the film. With less than 2-weeks lead time, an entire event needed to be pulled together from, invite curation, and production vendors, including an Oscar wall, red carpet, photography, videography, photo booth, fairy costumes for entertainment, and more. The Group required significant support as this event was all hands on deck as most of their team was not located within the U.S. In addition to the production elements of the event, there was also the need to fill the room with over 100 guests so as to not have the room look sparse to avoid making the event look sparse.

data-driven results

The Brand Agency acted quickly to get in touch with various vendors to set up rush orders, confirm availability and curate the media and influencer RSVP list to attend and cover the event. We targeted specifically film press, foodies, regional press, and influencers to attend. To further bring excitement to the evening, The Brand Agency suggested securing a celebrity personality to participate in the evening festivities and pitch out for additional press placement to promote the event further.

As a result, The Brand Agency secured actress and podcaster, Julia Fox, as our marquee talent to attend the after-party celebration. Additionally, we secured over 88 million media impressions from the event, including press mentions in Extra, Entertainment Tonight, US Weekly, OK! Magazine and Hollywood Life, to name a few.
