the challenge

There was no better way to tap into the world of entertainment than by acquainting our client the California Fire Foundation with Hollywood’s most famous family, the Kardashians, who have intimate experience with the dangers of California’s wildfires. In doing so, The Brand Agency reached out to Kris Jenner directly to introduce her to the foundation and educate her about its work. From there, we liaised with Kris and the producers of Keeping Up With The Kardashians to orchestrate a segment for the series showcasing the work of California’s revered firefighters. ​

The California Fire Foundation wanted to create and maintain a relationship with the entertainment industry in addition to gaining visibility for the organization and its cause via Hollywood.​

CFF was exposed to the entire Kardashian family and their hundreds of millions of fans by gaining airtime on their show. The Brand Agency ideated and executed a segment with the KUWTK producers that brought the family to their local fire station in Calabasas to film a segment that peeled back the curtain on the lives of firefighters and CFF’s cause. ​
