The Challenge

To launch Sephora’s first-ever brand getaway, Sephora Beach, The Brand Agency collaborated with the team to identify and engage influencers in the NYC area for an exclusive trip to Shelter Island. Following their Hot Summer Hair campaign, and featuring popular brands like Amika, Pattern, and Dae, we curated a list of content creators specializing in hair and beauty. After the list received approval, we managed RSVPs, negotiated deliverables in exchange for the trip, and collected all necessary information before departure. In addition to ensuring our influencers adhered to the schedule and were well taken care of, our team monitored social coverage before, during, and after the trip. We captured all posts and ensured that the guests fulfilled their agreed-upon deliverables.

We successfully confirmed the top beauty creators in the hair space. These included including Jools Lebron (2.2M followers), Matt Newman (2.2M followers), Kiana Davis (1.5M followers), among others. The Brand Agency team coordinated all travel logistics as well as negociated deliverables. Our efforts resulted in over 117M social media impressions, and over $4.5M in estimated value.
