Hulu tapped The Brand Agency to help create awareness around their Huluween Trick or Treat Truck [Adult Edition] celebrating adult animation icon, Justin Roiland. Featuring an array of free ice cream flavors inspired by Roiland’s shows Solar Opposites, The Paloni Show and Koala Man, the streaming hub looked to amplify the truck as it traveled through Los Angeles during Halloween weekend.

Our team focused on local and national curtain-raiser press, as well as event press. We focused on generating buzz pre-event to garner community interest around Hulu’s Huluween Trick or Treat Truck. On the ground, our team handled press and influencer visits ensuring each were taken care of. Our team continuously monitored press and social coverage, moving quickly to capture as it went live.
As a result of our efforts, The Brand Agency was able to secure press placements in top tier regional and entertainment outlets including Collider, Thrillist, LA Weekly and Nightmarish Conjurings to name a few. Additionally, our team secured a feature in KABC’s Sunday morning 10 AM broadcast highlighting the truck and its locations. Our team hosted press and influencer appointments including Average Socialite, Nerdbot, SoCal Pulse, and Gizmodo. On the talent front, food influencers Celine Linarte (71.8K followers) and Vivian (21.8K followers) attended with their friends and shared on Instagram. Other notable influencers in attendance include Rossana Vanoni (110K followers) and Patrice Obienu (24.8K followers).
