THE 14TH ANNUAL
Prom Day
The Challenge
The Assistance League of Los Angeles was hosting their annual Prom Day event back for its 14th year to support over 120 female-identifying students experiencing homelessness. The organization’s marquee event provides a pop-up shopping experience for students to pick out their prom dresses and accessories at no cost. For the second year in a row, The Brand Agency was tasked with securing event coverage in premiere local outlets as well as securing key influencers and celebrities to show their support for the organization and attending students.
data-driven results
The Brand Agency implemented our signature three-pronged event strategy, driving visibility for Assistance League of Los Angeles’ Annual Prom Day before, during and after the event. We tapped local broadcast networks across both English and Spanish-speaking outlets to cover the event day-of and secured celebrity support from prominent names including Audrina Patridge, Rachel Bilson, Rachel Lindsay, and more. Our strategy paid off and resulted in over 7 billion media impressions with coverage in People Magazine, E News, ABC News, CBS News and many more.
